Are drinks included?
Half a bottle of wine is included on the table per person, and serving staff are on hand to help with beers* and non-alcoholic alternatives.
Serving staff will also be able to take drinks orders for the paid bar.

Is there a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom available, just before the entrance to the Great Room, staff will be on hand to point you in the right direction.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is 'Dress to Impress' with an optional nod to the nineties to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
How is the table plan organised?
Priority is given first and foremost to sponsors, tables are then allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Parties that have booked tables of 12 will be placed around the edges of the room. This is due to the spacing required for the serving staff.
What is the judging process?
Judging is completed using an independent platform, with 75% of judges coming from outside of membership to reduce conflicts of interest.

Is there a quiet space?
If you need to find a quiet space throughout the day, please find a member of the AEO team, who can direct you as to where to go.
Is there a dedicated space to pray?
Whilst there is not a dedicated prayer room, a member of the venue team will be able to direct you to a space for you to pray.
Where can we find the AEO team on the day of the event?
The AEO team will be on hand throughout the venue during the welcome reception and after party, and during lunch will be situated at table 14.
