Sonia Bate is the entrepreneur who founded EDIT Development, a global leadership development consultancy working in over 70 countries, with a range of clients from global corporations, to the public sector. During her 30-year career she also worked as a senior leader in both the retail and banking sector, leading large teams building a reputation for service excellence.
Sonia spends most of her time working strategically with clients, and supporting her delivery team. She is a sought after keynote speaker, and executive coach and specialises in the future of work and building systemic resilience in teams.
As well as leading EDIT, Sonia has built a successful property portfolio over the last 20 years and loves to renovate houses.
