Siân Richards
Events Sustainability Consultant
Siân Richards began her 38-year career in the events industry as an exhibition organiser at Philbeach Events, then part of the Earls Court and Olympia Group.
She organised trade exhibitions at venues across the UK, becoming Senior Sales Executive at the SEC, before joining Olympia as a senior event manager.
Latterly, as Head of Sustainability at Olympia for eight years, Siân developed the organisation’s sustainability programme, the Grand Plan, which won multiple awards, including the AEO’s Sustainability Initiative award in 2022.
