Natalie is a seasoned professional in the events & exhibitions industry, bringing a wealth of experience in event operations, sales, and commercial strategy. As Commercial Director at GES, she leads the organiser and exhibitor commercial teams across the UK and Europe, ensuring organisers and exhibitors receive seamless, high-quality service.

Natalie began her career as an Operations Manager at a small independent organiser, gaining hands-on experience in event management and delivery. She then spent five years at Breast Cancer Care, organising their special event program to drive fundraising and increase awareness of the work the charity did. In 2012, she was fortunate to be one of the Venue Managers at Eton Dorney for the London Olympic Games, overseeing venue operations during one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events. Since joining GES in 2013, Natalie has been instrumental in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering outstanding event experiences. Natalie is also proud to be an active Board Member for Women in Exhibitions and an advocate for driving change and progression in our industry.
