Leigh is a Chartered Marketer and Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. With over 20 years’ experience, Leigh is a qualified B2B marketing leader. She worked as an in-house marketer within the technology sector; starting in the manufacturing industry, moving to apparel and footwear, and then on to contact centre and customer experience technology. Then in 2011 Leigh set up Redd Marketing to help organisations revamp their marketing approach. She delivers strategic marketing consultancy projects, advises Boards and business owners, and coaches and mentors marketing professionals at all levels.
Having volunteered with CIM since 2007, Leigh was elected onto the Board of Trustees for the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2014 and became Chair in 2016. She is leading a transformation of the organisation across culture, governance and customer experience.
