Jules' career began in the art department of Tatler, as did her love for all things print! Years of editorial experience on newsstand magazines led her into consultancy - pitching, redesigning and shooting for clients including EMAP, NatMags, Hachette, John Lewis & Partners, Weightwatchers, American Airlines, Virgin and Champneys.
Her niche is bringing the high standards and talent of editorial shoots and design to the commercial world. After art directing teams for Elle Decoration, Red and Psychologies magazine, she is now finding B2C in the commercial world particularly fascinating. Retailers especially are tapping into the demise of a shrinking newsstand and snapping up the top talent to push what had been mediocre print to a high editorial standard.
She is currently immersing herself in this new commercial playground of print and digital, as Creative lead for the John Lewis & Partners Christmas print campaigns, and in her down (!!) time heads up food shoots for Waitrose & Partners.
