Graham Stephenson’s career in the events industry has spanned over 20 years. Following time at both the Sydney and Brisbane Exhibition Centres, Graham joined the Business Design Centre in 1999 on the operations side of the business. He was quickly promoted to manage all the commercial activities of the venue and its wider group in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer. Graham has also served two separate tenures as Chair of the Association of Event Venues (AEV) board between 2015 – 2016 and 2010/11 and was delighted to have been instrumental in the successful launch and hosting of the inaugural AEV Conference at the Business Design Centre in 2016. Graham and his family moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2016 where he works for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) as Director of Sales.
