Fred Amofa has spent more than 24 years working across the events industry, delivering operational excellence and event supplier solutions. Starting at Opex Exhibition Services in 2002, he then moved into event operations as an Event Manager at Earls Court & Olympia.
Over the past 13 years, in his most recent role at Olympia Events as a Senior Event Sales Manager, it allowed him to collaborate with inspiring event organisers across the UK & Internationally, developing strong relationships whilst managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
With a passion for DEI, Fred was part of the inaugural DEI Committee at Olympia, helping to drive changes in menopause policy and enhance neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ awareness across the business.
