Chris has built a career focused on delivering premium customer experiences with a foundation of Operational Excellence with UK and across global businesses. Having worked in the UAE for 16 years and an equal number based in the UK, immediately prior to Freeman he led a global tourism business. Now leading the EMEA region for Freeman, Chris leads the strategy and delivery of all aspects of our brand experience organisation, including Event delivery and our corporate custom stand build practice, and together with our specialist leader in Agency Services Strategy and Digital.
Leading a team of 300, Chris plays an integral role in ensuring Freeman delivers as an end-to-end partner delivery of first-class brand experiences for marketers, organisers, exhibitors and attendees. Chris brings a clear focus on ‘Customer First’ and the tools and actions required to deliver on this promise for our Organiser, Exhibitor and Attendee stakeholders. Focussed on growth Chris has held various executive positions across both the B2B and B2C sectors. Chris also has a strong background in hospitality and automotive industry, having worked with companies such as DaimlerChrysler, Al Futtaim and Al Fahim in the UAE, as well as, BMW and Big Bus Tours.
