Caroline is an event consultant and educator.

Caroline is driving change to #buildbackbetterevents. She has experience designing, delivering, teaching and researching events. She is working as Eventful Consulting on event projects and is a visiting professor at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences and the University of Westminster.

Caroline is Vice Chair of the Business Visits & Events Partnership, the umbrella organisation that represents the UK leading trade and professional organisations, government agencies and other significant influencers in the events sector. She currently leads the BVEP Skills, Talent & Diversity Working Group, focusing on identifying and strengthening pathways into events, safeguarding, and developing talent and improving diversity and inclusion.
