This winner will be found following a member only nomination and voting process, utilising the 'non member' contingent from the judges and nominees submitted via the senior representatives from AEO Member companies only.

Judging Process

Our judging process is managed by R3, a third party company who we’ve worked closely with for a number of years to deliver a robust and transparent judging system. R3 divide categories up in a way which means judges are not able to mark entries that could be a conflict of interest in any way.

Our line-up of carefully selected judges – 40% from outside the industry and 40% female, reflects our ongoing journey to drive diversity across the board.
